Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw peanuts
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 small tomato (finely chopped) Remove seeds
  • 1 green chilly (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast peanuts in a pan on medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring continuously, until golden and fragrant. Cool for 5 minutes and rub off the skins.

  • Finely chop onion, tomato (seeds removed), green chilli, and fresh coriander.

  • Add peanuts, vegetables, chaat masala, cumin powder, and red chilli powder to a bowl.

  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything. Add salt to taste and toss well.

  • Serve immediately, garnished with extra coriander and a lemon wedge.
